What is the deposit
The deposit is an amount of money that is retained depending on the type of boat to be rented, which will be returned at the end of the rental as long as the boat is delivered in the same condition as when it left.

When do I have to make the full payment of the rental
Before boarding you must have paid the full rental price and the deposit in full.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We advise you to book as early as possible, especially in the high season months when the demand for charter is very high.

Where should I sail to
The team will recommend where to sail to depending on the weather conditions at the time, as well as places of interest to visit.

What time should you board
It is necessary to be at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time in order to allow enough time for the completion of any outstanding contracts and payments.

Do I have to bring my licence on board?

Yes, it is absolutely obligatory to present your licence and ID card before boarding as well as to take it on board, in case the authorities require it.

PRICE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND

The rental prices are detailed on the website before starting the booking process. VAT is included in all our rentals.

No reservation is considered firm, and therefore will not be binding on the HIRER, until the payment of the amount previously indicated as a reservation has been made, justified and duly verified.

In the event that the payment of the total agreed price is not duly justified, or even if this has been made, if the CLIENT wishes to cancel the reservation, the reservation shall be cancelled and the LESSOR shall be entitled to the amount already paid for the reservation, as compensation and management costs.

The LESSOR reserves the right to cancel the departure due to inclement weather or similar, or for any obvious cause of force majeure, returning 100% of the reservation.

Cancellation by the CLIENT:

If cancelled 4 days before the rental date, the LESSOR will process the refund of 100% of the amount paid in the same format of payment made. .

If cancellation is made 4 days to 2 days before the rental date, the LESSOR will refund 50% of the amount paid.

If the cancellation is made 2 days before the delivery date, the HIRER will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount already paid for the reservation.

The price of the contract does not include fuel consumption, nor stays in ports other than the base port of the vessel, nor any other additional service that the CLIENT may have requested from the CHARTERER and that the latter has undertaken to provide, which shall always be at the expense of the CLIENT and which shall always be invoiced separately.

The CHARTERER reserves the right to refuse to make the vessel available to the CUSTOMER in the event that the CUSTOMER or the skipper lacks sufficient knowledge and experience to safely steer the vessel or if the documentation presented does not authorise the skipper to steer the vessel or does not accredit the sufficient and necessary technical competence or if he/she is not in a position to steer a vessel.
