OBTAINING THE BASIC NAVIGATION SKIPPER QUALIFICATION (P.N.B.)
Basic navigation skipper. Handling of a boat up to 8 metres in length and 5 miles parallel to the coast.
To obtain the PNB certificate you will have to take a theoretical exam which is very easy to pass but requires the serious and active participation of the applicant.
